FocusLedger

FocusLedger is a desktop + browser extension that turns “deep work” into verifiable sessions. It passively captures lightweight signals (active app/window, tab categories, keyboard/mouse cadence, meeting audio detection without recording content) and asks for a 10-second intent at the start and a 20-second outcome at the end. The app then generates a weekly “focus ledger” showing which projects actually got uninterrupted time, what derailed you, and what to change next week. It’s not another timer; it’s an accountability system that makes self-deception harder. The product is intentionally strict: if you’re multitasking, it marks the session as fragmented. Exportable reports help freelancers justify billable deep work and teams run experiments (no-meeting mornings, blocked chat windows) with measurable results. Privacy-first by default: on-device processing and redacted logs.
