FocusLedger

FocusLedger is a mobile + desktop time-management app that replaces vague “productivity” with evidence. It passively logs work context (active app/window, website categories, meeting audio presence without recording content) and asks short, timed check-ins to label intent: “deep work, admin, comms, break.” At day’s end it generates a simple ledger: planned vs. actual, top time sinks, and the 2-3 behaviors causing schedule collapse (context switching, meeting creep, late-day reactive work). It then enforces lightweight guardrails: one-click focus sessions, auto-silence of selected apps, and “meeting budget” alerts when you exceed thresholds. This is an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes patterns and suggests small weekly experiments, but the core value is accurate tracking and clear feedback loops. It’s realistic: it won’t magically make you disciplined; it will make avoidance and overcommitment visible.
