It passively logs work signals (active app/window time, document edits, Git commits, calendar meetings) and asks for short, timed check-ins to label what you were doing. An AI layer summarizes your day into a clean worklog, highlights distractions, and generates a realistic plan for tomorrow based on what actually happened, not what you intended. The core value is accountability without micromanagement: you can share a weekly “focus statement” with a manager, coach, or even just yourself.
