FocusLedger
FocusLedger is a desktop + mobile companion that turns your workday into an evidence-based focus log. The desktop app passively tracks active apps, window titles, and meeting time, then asks you for quick, low-friction labels (“writing”, “research”, “admin”, “scrolling”) to build a personal distraction map. It automatically detects context switches, creates “focus streaks,” and surfaces the top 3 triggers that break concentration (specific sites, apps, times, or people/meetings). An AI coach summarizes your day in plain language and suggests one small change for tomorrow (e.g., move email to 2 batches, block one site during deep work, shorten recurring meetings). It’s brutally honest: it shows where time actually went, not what you planned. This is not another timer; it’s a behavioral mirror with actionable nudges.
