FocusLedger

FocusLedger is a desktop AI assistant that quietly builds a trustworthy work log from what you actually do—apps used, documents edited, tickets touched, meetings attended—then turns it into clean daily summaries, status updates, and client-ready timesheets. Instead of manual time tracking or vague “I was busy” notes, it captures lightweight activity signals (with user-controlled privacy) and asks short clarifying questions when needed. It can generate end-of-day updates for Slack/Teams, weekly progress reports, and invoice line items mapped to projects. Users can redact sensitive windows, pause tracking, and keep raw data local while only exporting summaries. The goal is not surveillance; it’s reducing the admin tax for knowledge workers and freelancers who struggle to remember what they did, justify time, or communicate progress consistently.
