FocusLedger

FocusLedger is a web + desktop app (with an optional mobile companion) that turns your workday into a simple, evidence-based “time ledger.” It auto-captures lightweight signals (calendar, app/window activity, optional browser domains) and prompts you with quick check-ins to label what you were doing and why. The output isn’t another to-do list; it’s a weekly truth report: where time went, what derailed you, and which commitments were fantasy. It highlights “attention debt” (meetings + context switching), flags recurring distractions, and suggests one concrete change for next week (e.g., meeting caps, focus blocks, notification rules). It also generates a shareable summary for managers or clients without exposing sensitive details. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional tracking plus AI summarization and pattern detection, with strict privacy controls and local-first options.
