FocusLedger

FocusLedger is a desktop + web app (traditional + AI) that turns “deep work” into something measurable and hard to fake. It runs in the background during focus sessions, automatically logging active apps, window titles, file paths (optional), browser domains, and meeting interruptions. After each session, it generates a short “work receipt”: what you touched, what changed, and a plain-English summary of progress. The AI doesn’t try to manage your life; it only converts raw activity into an audit trail and a next-step plan. You can set project goals, define allowed tools/sites, and get a weekly report showing real deep-work hours vs. fragmented time. This is not another timer—it's accountability with evidence, designed for people who keep lying to themselves about how focused they were.
