FocusLedger is a productivity + billing tracker that links what you do to what you can bill. It runs as a desktop app with a lightweight web dashboard, capturing app/window activity, calendar context, and manual task tags to build a defensible timesheet without constant timers. It generates client-ready summaries, flags unbilled work, and produces invoices with supporting evidence (activity categories, meeting titles, and deliverable notes). An AI layer suggests task labels, detects context switches, and drafts weekly status updates from your activity log—while keeping raw data private by default. This is not a “do-everything” project manager; it’s a focused tool for freelancers and agencies who lose money to sloppy tracking. It integrates with Stripe, QuickBooks, and common project tools, but the core value is accurate, low-friction time-to-money conversion.
