FocusSprints
FocusSprints is a lightweight Pomodoro timer that ties each session to a specific deliverable and captures a tiny “proof of work” at the end (a link, screenshot, commit hash, note, or file). Instead of tracking minutes, it tracks completed outputs per sprint and shows a weekly “throughput” view: how many meaningful chunks you shipped. It includes optional website/app blocking, but the core is accountability: you can’t start a sprint without naming the outcome, and you can’t finish without attaching proof. For teams, it supports private groups where members share only sprint titles and proofs (no screen spying), creating social pressure without surveillance. This is a traditional app with a small AI assist that can suggest clearer sprint outcomes and auto-summarize proofs into a weekly report.
