FOIAForge

FOIAForge is a web app (with an optional mobile companion) that helps immigration attorneys, accredited reps, and self-filers request and manage FOIA/PA records from USCIS, CBP, ICE, and EOIR. The core value is operational: generate agency-specific request packets, capture identity/consent correctly, track statutory timelines, and produce ready-to-send follow-ups/appeals when agencies stall. An AI layer can classify incoming PDFs (A-files, I-213s, NTA, interview notes), flag missing pages, and extract key dates and identifiers into a searchable matter timeline. The app is realistic about FOIA: it won’t “speed up” agencies, but it will reduce errors, missed deadlines, and the chaos of email threads and spreadsheets. Revenue comes from per-seat subscriptions for small firms and flat monthly plans for nonprofits with volume needs.
