FollowUpForge is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI) built for missionaries and church outreach teams who lose track of new contacts after events, street evangelism, or online inquiries. It captures leads fast (QR code, short form, or voice note), then enforces a simple follow-up cadence: reminders, next-step templates, and handoff between team members. The AI component drafts culturally sensitive message options and summarizes prior interactions so volunteers can pick up a conversation without awkwardness. It also tracks outcomes (met, prayed, invited, attended, started Bible study) to give leaders realistic visibility into what’s actually happening, not vanity metrics. This is not a full church management system; it’s a narrow, practical “follow-up engine” that integrates with existing tools via CSV and basic API connections. If users don’t follow up, the app won’t magically fix that—but it will remove the friction and excuses.
