FOMC Pulse
FOMC Pulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that ingests central bank speeches, minutes, press conferences, and macro releases, then converts them into a transparent “policy stance” score and scenario probabilities (hold/hike/cut paths). It highlights what changed versus the prior communication, which sentences drove the change, and how similar language historically mapped to market moves (rates, FX, equities). Users can set alerts for hawkish/dovish shifts, track a watchlist of central banks, and export a weekly brief for internal distribution. This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles document parsing, stance classification, and change detection; traditional code handles dashboards, alerts, and data plumbing. It’s realistic because it targets a niche that pays (macro funds, treasuries, IR teams) but doesn’t pretend to “predict” markets—just reduces time spent reading and interpreting dense policy text.
