ForecastFix

ForecastFix is a web app (with optional mobile alerts) that monitors demand forecasts after they’re published and flags “forecast drift” early—when reality starts diverging from plan. Instead of promising magical accuracy, it focuses on operationally useful detection: which SKUs, locations, or channels are going off-rail, why it likely happened (stockouts, price changes, promo leakage, lost distribution, supplier delays), and what action to take now. It connects to your ERP/WMS/ecommerce data, compares forecast vs. actuals daily, and generates exception queues with suggested adjustments and confidence bands. The product is designed for teams that already have forecasting (or a basic model) but lack the bandwidth to continuously monitor and correct it. It also produces a simple “forecast health score” and post-mortems so teams can learn what systematically breaks their plans.
