ForecastOps is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that predicts short-term cash flow risk for small and mid-sized businesses using bank feeds, accounting data, and upcoming bills/invoices. Instead of generic forecasting charts, it focuses on operational decisions: when you can safely hire, reorder inventory, run promotions, or pay vendors early. It flags “cash crunch windows” 7/14/30 days out, explains the drivers (late-paying customers, seasonality, ad spend spikes), and suggests concrete actions (tighten payment terms for specific accounts, delay non-critical spend, or accelerate collections). It also runs scenario simulations: “What if we add a new contractor?” or “What if our top customer pays 15 days late?” The product is an AI-assisted predictive analytics tool, but it stays grounded in auditable numbers and clear assumptions so finance teams can trust it.
