Form2Flow

Form2Flow is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that converts natural-language requests into structured forms, tickets, and SOP-ready checklists. Instead of letting employees write vague emails like “Can you onboard this contractor ASAP?”, the app asks targeted follow-up questions, extracts required fields (dates, access needs, approvals, budget), and outputs a complete, standardized request ready for Jira/ServiceNow/Asana. It’s an AI app with traditional workflow logic: the AI handles language understanding and clarification; deterministic rules enforce compliance and required fields. The honest truth: generic chatbots are everywhere and most companies don’t trust them for operational work. This succeeds only if it reliably produces better tickets than humans and integrates tightly with existing tools, otherwise it becomes yet another “AI assistant” nobody uses after week two.
