FormFault is a mobile + web AI app that flags injury-risk movement patterns using short phone videos. Coaches or athletes record 10–20 second clips of common drills (squat, landing, cutting, throwing), and the app produces a simple risk report: key joint-angle red flags, left/right asymmetry, and a prioritized “fix list” with 2–3 corrective cues and exercises. It’s designed for reality: imperfect camera angles, noisy gyms, and limited coach time. The product focuses on repeatable screening rather than medical diagnosis, and it tracks trends over weeks so teams can see whether interventions are actually reducing risk markers. A lightweight team dashboard lets coaches assign screenings, monitor compliance, and export reports for parents/athletic trainers. If the video quality is too poor or confidence is low, the app says so and requests a retake—no fake certainty.
