FormFlag

FormFlag is a mobile AI app that uses your phone camera to score exercise form and flag high-risk movement patterns in real time. Instead of trying to replace a coach, it focuses on a narrow set of common lifts (squat, deadlift, bench, overhead press) and a few bodyweight staples, then gives simple, actionable cues like “knees collapsing inward” or “bar path drifting.” Users pick a goal (injury prevention, strength, or rehab-safe training), record sets, and get a form-risk score plus a short checklist to fix the next set. Progress is tracked via consistency and form stability, not vanity metrics. It also includes a “gym mode” that works offline and a “privacy mode” that processes video on-device when possible. This is not magic: it won’t be perfect for every body type or camera angle, but it can still reduce obvious mistakes for most lifters.
