FormFrame

FormFrame is a mobile AI coaching app for individual sports where technique matters (golf, tennis serves, running gait, weightlifting, climbing). You record a short clip, pick the movement, and the app gives a simple, visual breakdown: key joint angles, timing cues, and 2–3 prioritized fixes you can actually execute next session. It also tracks your “form debt” over time—recurring mistakes that correlate with pain or plateau—and suggests a weekly micro-drill plan (10 minutes/day) to correct them. The app is intentionally narrow: it doesn’t try to replace a coach or generate generic workouts. It focuses on measurable technique deltas and consistency, using side-by-side comparisons to your own best reps and vetted reference models. Exportable reports make it useful for remote coaching, but it still works solo.
