FormFuse is a web app (with an optional desktop helper) that converts “real-world” PDFs—scanned intake forms, vendor questionnaires, HR packets—into structured, fillable templates and reusable data schemas. Users upload a PDF, the system detects fields, tables, checkboxes, and signature blocks, then generates a validated form template plus an exportable JSON schema. It also maps incoming completed forms back into your systems (CSV, Google Sheets, Airtable, or a webhook) with confidence scores and a human review queue for low-confidence fields. This is not a generic document generator; it’s a focused pipeline for organizations drowning in semi-structured PDFs. The product lives or dies on accuracy and review speed, so it includes side-by-side visual verification, field-level audit trails, and versioning when vendors change layouts. Expect some edge cases; the goal is to cut manual re-keying by 70–90%, not hit perfection.
