FormPulse

FormPulse is a mobile AI + traditional training app that builds HIIT and cardio sessions based on how recovered you actually are, not a generic plan. It pulls heart-rate and HRV (from Apple Health, Garmin, or Oura), then adjusts interval length, intensity targets, and rest in real time. During workouts it uses audio cues and simple on-screen targets (pace, watts, HR zones) so you don’t stare at charts. After each session, it auto-summarizes what happened (time-in-zone, drift, missed targets) and recommends the next session: push, maintain, or deload. The honest pitch: this won’t beat Peloton-style content libraries; it wins by being a lightweight “coach brain” that works with whatever cardio you already do—running, bike, rower, or assault bike—without needing a studio subscription.
