FormTrackr

FormTrackr is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for seminaries and formation houses to manage the messy reality of formation: competencies, evaluations, pastoral placements, spiritual direction notes boundaries, compliance checklists, and faculty workflows. Most programs still run on email threads, Word docs, and ad-hoc spreadsheets, which creates risk (lost records), inconsistency (uneven evaluations), and burnout (administrators chasing forms). The app provides structured rubrics, configurable milestones by program/year, centralized placement tracking, and an auditable record of decisions. It also includes an AI-assisted “drafting” layer that turns evaluator bullet points into consistent narrative summaries and flags missing required elements—without pretending to replace human discernment. Expect slow sales cycles and heavy trust requirements, so the product is built around security, permissions, and clear governance rather than flashy features.
