FormulaFolio is a web app (with optional iPad companion) for luxury spas, derm clinics, and boutique labs that sell bespoke skincare but struggle with repeatability, compliance, and client reorders. It manages the full lifecycle: client intake (skin goals, sensitivities, lifestyle), ingredient library with supplier lots and allergen flags, formula versioning, batch records, and reorder-ready “formula passports” that clients can access via a branded link. An AI assistant helps draft safe starting formulas and suggests substitutions when an ingredient is out of stock, but the system forces human sign-off and keeps an audit trail. The app also generates printable labels (INCI, usage, warnings), tracks stability notes, and ties every batch to a client, technician, and ingredient lot. This is not a consumer skincare quiz; it’s operational software for high-touch personalization that actually ships.
