FosterBinder

FosterBinder is a mobile + web app that organizes the chaos of foster/adoption life: placements, medical records, school notes, court dates, visit schedules, and caseworker communications. Parents can scan paperwork, auto-tag it, and build a shareable “case binder” with time-limited access for attorneys, therapists, CASA/GAL, and caregivers. It also tracks deadlines (court reports, IEP meetings, immunizations) and generates a clean timeline of events—useful when you’re sleep-deprived and asked to recall details on the spot. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps extract key fields from documents, summarize long emails into action items, and draft neutral, factual incident notes. The app is realistic because it doesn’t try to replace agencies; it simply reduces admin burden and improves accuracy in high-stakes situations.
