FosterFlow is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that manages foster placement like a lightweight CRM built for shelters and rescues. It centralizes foster applications, home-check status, animal-to-foster matching, supply requests, vet appointment scheduling, and automated check-ins. The AI layer summarizes foster notes, flags risk signals (missed meds, behavior escalation, no-response), and drafts personalized messages for coordinators to send—without pretending to “diagnose” animals. It also generates a clean, shareable foster packet (care plan, meds, feeding, emergency steps) from shelter records and vet notes. The goal is brutally practical: fewer animals bouncing between homes, fewer coordinator hours wasted chasing updates, and fewer foster drop-offs due to poor communication. Integrations focus on email/SMS and simple exports so teams can adopt it without ripping out existing shelter management systems.
