FosterFlow

FosterFlow is a web + mobile app (traditional app with light AI) for rescue groups to manage fosters, pets, and handoffs without the usual spreadsheet-and-text-message mess. It centralizes foster applications, home checks, pet profiles, vaccination/medication schedules, supply requests, and transport coordination. The AI component auto-generates clear foster instructions (feeding, meds, behavior notes) from intake notes and vet records, and flags risky gaps like missing vaccines or overdue deworming. The core value is operational: fewer missed meds, fewer no-shows, faster placement, and less volunteer burnout. It also provides a foster “portal” where volunteers can log daily updates, photos, and incidents, so coordinators can make faster decisions. This is not another public pet-listing site; it’s the back-office system rescues actually struggle with.
