FragileMap

FragileMap is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps small-to-mid organizations stress-test their operations like a complex system. Users map critical processes (sales-to-cash, onboarding, fulfillment, incident response) into a lightweight dependency graph: people, vendors, software, data, and handoffs. The app then runs “shock scenarios” (vendor outage, key-person loss, demand spike, cyber incident, supply delay) and quantifies fragility: bottlenecks, hidden coupling, and time-to-recover. It recommends anti-fragile moves: redundancy options, runbook gaps, cross-training targets, contract clauses, and monitoring signals. This is not a generic risk register; it’s a living model that updates as teams change and tools get swapped. Expect some manual input—there’s no magic auto-discovery for messy real-world ops—but the payoff is fewer surprises and faster recovery when something breaks.
