FranchiMap

FranchiMap is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for franchisors and multi-unit operators to define, sell, and enforce franchise territories with fewer disputes. It lets you draw territories on a map (ZIPs, counties, drive-time polygons), attach rules (exclusivity, carve-outs, protected accounts), and automatically check conflicts when a new lead, store, or marketing campaign is created. The app keeps an audit trail of boundary changes and approvals, so “who changed what and when” is never a mystery. It also provides simple coverage analytics: white-space gaps, overlap hotspots, and whether territories still match population and demand shifts. This is not a GIS tool for specialists; it’s a practical territory governance system that plugs into the messy reality of franchise sales and ops. Expect some setup work (data cleanup is unavoidable), but the payoff is fewer legal headaches and faster deal cycles.
