FrassProof

FrassProof is a web + mobile app for insect farms that need to meet feed/food safety requirements without hiring a full compliance team. It turns messy SOPs, batch logs, substrate records, and lab results into a structured, audit-ready trail (HACCP-style) with simple daily checklists and automatic non-conformance alerts. Operators log events in seconds (mortality spikes, temperature excursions, substrate lot changes, cleaning cycles), attach photos, and link everything to a batch. The app generates exportable audit packs for buyers and regulators: traceability from input substrate lots to finished meal/oil/frass, plus sanitation and pest-control logs. It’s not glamorous, but it targets the real bottleneck: getting consistent documentation across shifts and sites. An optional AI layer reads uploaded PDFs (lab COAs, supplier specs) and auto-populates fields, flags missing items, and suggests corrective actions based on your SOP templates.
