FreightFuse

FreightFuse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for supply chain teams who can’t get a clean view of freight spend and service performance across carriers, modes, and regions. It ingests shipment data from TMS/ERP exports, carrier invoices (PDF/EDI), and tracking events, then normalizes lanes, accessorials, and timestamps into one analytics layer. The MVP focuses on three painful questions: where are we overpaying, which carriers are missing service commitments, and which lanes are trending toward disruption. It provides lane-level cost-to-serve, invoice anomaly flags (duplicate charges, mismatched accessorials), and on-time performance dashboards with drill-down to shipment evidence. This is not a “magic optimization” tool; it’s a pragmatic visibility + audit + benchmarking product that helps teams recover margin and negotiate better contracts using defensible data.
