FreshPost

FreshPost is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that focuses on one thing: helping candidates apply early to real, currently open roles. It aggregates listings from company career pages and ATS feeds, but only shows jobs first seen in the last 24–72 hours. Each posting gets a “freshness + legitimacy” score based on signals like page changes, ATS status, repost frequency, and whether the role appears on the employer’s own site. Users set tight filters (location, remote policy, salary floor, tech stack, visa, seniority) and receive a daily short list of 10–25 roles, not an endless feed. The app also tracks application deadlines and flags likely “ghost” postings (perpetually reposted, never filled, or inconsistent details). The goal is not to replace LinkedIn/Indeed; it’s to be the early-warning system that reduces wasted applications and increases interview odds by timing.
