FrictionMap
FrictionMap is a web app (with an optional mobile SDK) that turns messy user research signals into a prioritized “friction backlog.” It ingests session replays, support tickets, NPS/CSAT verbatims, and usability test notes, then clusters issues by task, screen, and user segment. The AI suggests likely root causes, severity, and confidence scores, but forces researchers to confirm with lightweight evidence checks (quotes, replay timestamps, ticket counts). It generates a one-page “Fix Brief” for product and design: what’s broken, who it hurts, how often it happens, and how to validate the fix with a quick follow-up test. This isn’t a replacement for research; it’s a triage and communication layer that reduces the time wasted arguing about what to fix next. Realistically, it lives or dies on integrations and trust in the scoring.
