FrictionMap is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that helps people hit goals by identifying the real-world “frictions” that derail follow-through (time leaks, environment triggers, unclear next steps, social pressure, fatigue). Instead of generic motivation quotes, it runs quick check-ins before and after tasks, then builds a personal friction profile: when you fail, what pattern caused it, and what small change would have prevented it. The app suggests concrete interventions like pre-commitment messages, calendar reshaping, environment tweaks, and “next action” scripts. It also includes a lightweight experiment system: try one change for 7 days, measure adherence, keep what works, discard what doesn’t. It’s brutally pragmatic: if you’re not executing, it assumes the system is broken—not your character—and helps you redesign the system with minimal effort.
