Instead of generic habit streaks, it runs short “friction check-ins” (60–90 seconds) after key moments—missed workouts, late nights, procrastination spirals—and turns them into a simple map of patterns: where you fail, why you fail, and what to change. The AI suggests small, testable interventions (e.g., move phone charger, pre-commit calendar blocks, reduce decision points) and asks you to run 7-day experiments with clear success criteria. You’ll see which interventions actually work via lightweight tracking and weekly summaries. It’s brutally practical: if you don’t follow through, it assumes the plan was unrealistic and adjusts.
