FriendPact
FriendPact is a mobile app (with a lightweight web companion) that helps friends actually follow through on seeing each other—without the cringe of “we should hang out sometime” loops. Users create small “pacts” with 2–6 friends: a recurring cadence (e.g., monthly dinner), a default plan template, and a simple rule set (time windows, budget, location radius). The app proposes 2–3 concrete options, collects votes, and locks the plan with calendar holds. If people repeatedly flake, FriendPact quietly adapts: it suggests smaller groups, different times, or marks the pact as “low reliability” so you stop wasting energy. It also includes a private “friendship health” dashboard showing streaks, last-seen dates, and who you’re drifting from—data you already feel, but can’t track. It’s not a social network; it’s logistics for friendship maintenance.
