FriendVouch

FriendVouch is a mobile + web matchmaking app where your friends (or trusted “wingpeople”) help you meet better matches. Instead of relying on self-reported profiles and swipe-game behavior, users invite 2–5 friends to vouch for them with short prompts: what they’re like in relationships, dealbreakers, and who they’d genuinely fit with. Friends can also suggest matches from the app’s pool, and the app prioritizes introductions where there’s mutual friend confidence. An AI layer summarizes vouches into a clear “relationship snapshot” and flags inconsistencies or red flags (e.g., wildly different accounts of lifestyle). The product is intentionally slower: limited weekly intros, structured first-date planning, and post-date feedback to improve future matches. This isn’t for casual swiping; it’s for people who want fewer, higher-signal introductions and are willing to be accountable to their social circle.
