FryDial

FryDial is a mobile app (iOS/Android) plus a lightweight web dashboard that helps people stop guessing air-fryer settings. Instead of generic recipes, it focuses on calibration: you pick your air fryer model (or create a profile), basket size, and typical load amount. The app then guides you through a short “baseline cook” for a few common foods (fries, chicken thighs, veggies) to learn how your unit actually behaves. After that, FryDial generates reliable time/temperature/shake/flip prompts for any recipe in its library and for user-entered foods. It also supports altitude adjustments, frozen vs fresh, and thickness-based tweaks, with simple timers and mid-cook notifications. This is not a magic recipe app; it’s a practical tool to reduce burnt outsides, raw centers, and inconsistent results across different air fryer brands.
