FXClause

FXClause is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps finance teams uncover and manage currency risk created by real-world paperwork: customer/supplier contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and subscription terms. Users connect email/Drive/SharePoint or upload PDFs, then the app extracts currency, payment dates, indexation clauses, termination rights, and who bears FX movements. It builds an exposure calendar by currency and date, flags mismatches (e.g., revenue in EUR, costs in USD), and suggests simple hedge actions (forward amount/tenor) without pretending to be a trading platform. It also generates an audit-ready memo trail: what exposure was identified, assumptions used, and what action was taken. This is an AI + traditional app: AI for document understanding and clause classification, traditional rules for exposure math and controls. Realistically, it wins by saving time and preventing expensive “we missed that clause” surprises.
