GalleryPulse is a mobile + web app for small and mid-sized galleries to run modern, measurable exhibitions without expensive enterprise tools. Visitors scan a QR at each artwork to get the story, price range (optional), and artist links, then save pieces to a personal shortlist. Galleries get real analytics: which works were viewed most, dwell time proxies (repeat scans), return visitors, and which pieces convert into inquiries. An AI layer helps galleries generate consistent wall labels, audio guides, and short social posts from the artist statement—useful, but not magic. The hard truth: most galleries are bad at digital follow-up and lose warm leads; this app fixes that with lightweight CRM-style capture (opt-in) and automated post-visit emails. It’s not trying to “disrupt” art sales; it’s a practical operations tool that also improves the visitor experience.
