GameGuarantee is a mobile + web app for organizing pick-up games that actually happen. Hosts create a run, set a minimum headcount, and require a small refundable “commit deposit” (or verified card hold) to confirm attendance. If someone bails late, the deposit is forfeited and automatically used to subsidize a last-minute replacement or reduce court/field costs for those who showed. The app maintains a local “on-call bench” of players who opt into short-notice alerts with clear skill level, distance, and start-time filters. It also includes simple reputation signals (reliability score, late-cancel rate) so hosts can avoid chronic no-shows without awkward group chats. This is a traditional app with light AI (for smart matching and fill predictions), not a gimmicky chatbot product.
