GapPilot

GapPilot is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps curriculum teams detect coverage gaps, redundancy, and misalignment across units, standards, and assessments. You import standards (state, national, or custom), then paste or upload unit plans, lesson objectives, and assessment items. The system builds a simple “coverage graph” showing what’s taught, assessed, and revisited, and flags weak spots (standards never assessed, objectives not tied to standards, too many standards in one unit, or repeated content without progression). It also generates a lightweight audit report you can share with administrators and accreditation reviewers. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI accelerates tagging and clustering, but humans approve mappings so you don’t ship hallucinated alignment. It’s not a full LMS replacement—just a focused alignment and audit tool that saves weeks of manual spreadsheet work.
