GapReset

GapReset is a mobile + web AI app for people between jobs who want real recovery without accidentally turning a break into a rut. It starts with a 10-minute intake (burnout level, sleep, finances, obligations, goals) and generates a realistic 2–6 week “reset plan” that balances rest, light structure, and gentle career readiness. It tracks sleep, mood, and energy, then adapts daily: if you’re depleted, it reduces tasks; if you’re restless, it adds low-friction momentum (walks, admin cleanup, portfolio tweaks). It includes a “runway” dashboard (cash, severance, deadlines) because financial anxiety is what ruins most breaks. It also has an exit/return checklist: healthcare, references, LinkedIn timing, and a ramp-back schedule for the first two weeks in a new role. This is not therapy; it’s pragmatic structure for a messy transition.
