Users paste a job link or description, and the app extracts required skills, ranks gaps against the user’s current profile, and generates weekly sprints with concrete deliverables (mini-projects, measurable outcomes, and interview-ready artifacts). It tracks progress with check-ins, deadlines, and evidence uploads (links, screenshots, repos). The app avoids fluffy advice by forcing each sprint to produce something verifiable: a project, a certification, a case study, or a quantified resume bullet. It also includes a “reality check” mode that flags when a target role is mismatched (e.g., senior roles without prerequisite experience) and suggests adjacent roles with higher odds.
