Gatekeeper is a boundary enforcement app that sits between your work tools and your attention. You define rules like “no Slack DMs after 6pm,” “only VIP contacts can break focus,” “batch email twice daily,” or “auto-decline meetings outside my schedule.” The app then executes those rules: it delays delivery, sends polite auto-replies, schedules messages for business hours, and blocks or reroutes meeting requests. It also creates “boundary receipts” so you can show teammates what happened (“Delivered at 9:00am per Alex’s working hours”). This is not a feel-good habit tracker; it’s an automation layer that reduces social friction and decision fatigue. Expect some setup and occasional false positives—perfect accuracy is unrealistic—but the payoff is fewer interruptions and more predictable time/energy protection.
