GatekeeperHQ
GatekeeperHQ is a web app (with a lightweight Slack/Teams companion) that enforces “workflow guardrails” across common ops automations. Instead of building yet another automation tool, it sits in front of what you already use (Zapier, Make, n8n, Jira, ServiceNow, GitHub Actions) and blocks risky changes: missing approvals, untested steps, credential drift, or automations that will spam customers. It provides change reviews, environment promotion (dev→prod), versioning, and automated checks like rate-limit simulation and downstream dependency health. The goal is boring reliability: fewer incidents caused by a tiny tweak to a trigger, a renamed field, or an expired token. It also creates an audit trail that security and compliance teams can accept without forcing teams into heavyweight ITSM processes. This is not magic; it’s disciplined controls packaged for modern automation stacks.
