GatekeeperUAT
GatekeeperUAT is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integrations) that turns messy UAT into a controlled, auditable workflow. Instead of asking business users to “test around,” it generates role-based test packs from simple prompts, links each step to acceptance criteria, and forces clear outcomes: pass, fail, blocked, or needs clarification. Stakeholders can review evidence (screenshots, short notes, environment/version metadata) and sign off per feature, not just per release. The app focuses on the unglamorous reality: business testers have limited time, vague requirements, and shifting priorities. It provides a single dashboard for readiness, coverage, and unresolved blockers, plus a lightweight “what changed” brief for each build so testers don’t waste time retesting everything. It’s not a replacement for Jira; it sits on top and keeps UAT accountable and traceable.
