GateLedger

GateLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns hydropower compliance and operational recordkeeping into a structured, audit-ready workflow. It focuses on the unglamorous but expensive reality: NERC/FERC documentation, environmental flow releases, outage logs, switching/clearance records, and evidence trails that are often scattered across email, paper binders, and ad-hoc spreadsheets. The app provides templated digital logs, time-stamped approvals, attachment capture (photos, PDFs, SCADA snapshots), and automated reminders tied to plant-specific obligations. An AI assistant can draft incident summaries, pre-fill recurring fields, and flag missing documentation before an audit—while keeping humans in control. It does not try to “optimize dispatch” or replace SCADA; it simply makes compliance and operational documentation faster, more consistent, and defensible. Integrations can pull basic tags/events from common historians to reduce manual entry.
