GateLedger
GateLedger is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that enforces lightweight “go/no-go” gates on risky project moments: scope changes, vendor swaps, timeline compression, and release approvals. Instead of another dashboard, it creates a decision log with required evidence: updated risk register, impact on budget/schedule, dependency confirmation, and accountable sign-offs. The app auto-generates a one-page gate brief and blocks progression until minimum criteria are met (configurable by org). It also flags common failure patterns—like repeated deadline pulls, unowned dependencies, and chronic underestimation—using simple rules plus AI summarization of meeting notes and tickets. The result is fewer surprise overruns and a defensible audit trail for operational risk teams. This is not magic: it won’t fix bad leadership, but it will make sloppy decisions harder to hide and easier to challenge.
