GateRunner

GateRunner is a mobile navigation app that solves a common last-500-meters problem: getting to the correct entrance, gate, loading dock, or pickup point—especially at hospitals, campuses, malls, apartments, and industrial sites. Instead of routing only to a street address, it routes to verified “micro-destinations” like ER entrance, visitor parking, Door C, rideshare pickup zone, or Dock 12. Users can search by place + intent (e.g., “deliver to receiving,” “patient drop-off”), then get turn-by-turn directions plus on-foot guidance and photo-based cues. The app also supports quick community submissions (photo + label + hours + restrictions) with lightweight moderation. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps classify submissions, detect duplicates, and flag low-quality entries, but the core value comes from curated, accurate entrance data.
