GateSleuth is a mobile + web AI app that predicts gate changes, departure delays, and tight-connection risk earlier than airline/airport notifications. It ingests public flight status feeds, historical gate-utilization patterns, FAA delay programs, aircraft tail-number movement, and real-time crowd-sourced signals from travelers in the terminal. The app gives a confidence score and a simple action: “Stay,” “Walk now,” or “Rebook now,” with walking-time estimates inside the airport. It also monitors your inbound aircraft and flags when your plane is unlikely to arrive on time (a common cause of last-minute gate swaps and delays). The MVP focuses on a few major hub airports where data density is high and gate-change chaos is frequent. Monetization is a subscription for frequent flyers plus a lightweight B2B offering for travel managers who want fewer missed connections and less duty-of-care risk.
