GatherGrove is a mobile + web app that helps families plan, run, and remember recurring rituals (Sunday dinner, monthly game night, holiday prep, bedtime calls with grandparents) without turning it into another noisy group chat. It combines a lightweight shared calendar with “ritual templates” that include a checklist, roles (host, cook, caller, shopper), and a simple RSVP flow. The app nudges the right person at the right time, collects quick preferences (dietary needs, time windows), and keeps a private “ritual log” with photos and short notes so traditions feel continuous year to year. An optional AI assistant can suggest realistic schedules, split responsibilities fairly, and generate shopping lists from a ritual template. Monetization is straightforward: subscription for multi-household families, unlimited rituals, and storage. This is not therapy or genealogy; it’s execution and continuity for busy families.
